Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
At present, modifications to orders (such as item changes or address updates) are not supported. If you wish to make changes, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
